One of our key partners is one of Durango's finest attorneys of law.  Amy Huff will give advice and explain the earnest money contract, the title commitment & exceptions, and the warranty deed for our buyers.  Her fees for these basic services will be paid for by our company, as a service to clients who close their transaction with The Durango Charter Group.
